BLINK–Rutgers collaboration to create a revolutionary TB diagnostic tool. This innovative test, combining Prof David Alland’s drug resistance assays and BLINK’s nanoreactor bead technology, aims to quickly and accurately identify TB and drug-resistant mutations in resource-limited settings.

Our latest publication presents the scientific principles of our new digital PCR method - binding all nucleic acids present in a sample to magnetic nanoreactor beads. The beads provide a high-capacity binding matrix and act as compartments for PCR amplification of individual nucleic acid targets.
