Wir suchen Sie für die Einführung und Etablierung eines maßgeschneiderten ERP-Systems für die Herstellung und den Vertrieb unserer Medizinprodukte. Dabei haben die Abbildung aller notwendigen Prozesse und die Rückverfolgbarkeit der Produktionsabläufe einen sehr hohen Stellenwert.

Sie arbeiten verantwortlich und engagiert in folgenden IT-Bereichen:

• Einführung und Betreuung eines neuen ERP-Systems mit Fokus Medizintechnik
• Unterstützung der einzelnen Bereiche bei der Abbildung ihrer Prozesse im ERP-System nach vorheriger Aufnahme und Analyse der internen Prozesse
• Anbindung von Automatisierungs-Systemen an das ERP-System

Außerdem unterstützen Sie Ihre Kolleg:innen bei:

• Der Organisation der Prozesse
• Design, Implementierung und Betreuung neuer Geschäftsprozesse und Module (z.B. erweiterte Lagerhaltungssysteme) und deren Integration ins ERP-System

Sie bringen mit: 

• Berufserfahrung in der ERP-Betreuung oder Systemadministration bevorzugt im industriellen Umfeld
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Selbständigkeit
• Lösungskompetenz, Begeisterung für komplexe Aufgabenstellungen, ausgeprägte kommunikative, analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

We are looking for you as ERP system administrator to implement and establish a customized ERP system for the manufacturing and distribution of our medical devices. In doing so, the mapping of all necessary processes and the traceability of the production processes have a very high priority.

You will work responsibly and with commitment in the following IT areas:

• Introduction and support of a new ERP system with focus on medical technology
• Recording and analysis of internal processes, support of the individual areas in mapping their processes in the ERP system
• Support in process organization
• Design, implementation and support of new business processes and modules (e.g. extended warehousing systems) and integration into the ERP system
• Connection of automation systems to the ERP system

You bring with you: 

• Professional experience in ERP support or system administration preferably in an industrial environment.
• Sense of responsibility and independence
• Solution competence, enthusiasm for complex tasks, distinctive communicative, analytical and conceptual skills
• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
